Nikolina Mijolovic Jaksetic
She graduated with top marks in July 2012 in integrated undergraduate and graduate study at Faculty of Law in Rijeka earning the mag. iur. title. During the study she was awarded with the Dean's Award for Excellence and was the receipient of Zlatko Crnić Foundation stipend awarded to the most excellent law students in Croatia. In 2012 she participated in a regional lawyer competition Moot Court in Sarajevo and that same year she finished the School of European Union law in Bar, Montenegro.
She passed the bar exam in 2014. She is fluent in English and Italian and since 2020 she is registered at the Municipal Court of Rijeka as court interpreter for the English language.
She started her career in 2012 at Boris Gregović law firm in Rijeka where she worked as law trainee gaining significant experience in the field of damage compensation. From 2017 she is a member of the Croatian Bar Association.

Mijolović Jakšetić Law Office is active from 2017 and provides legal services, legal advice and complete legal support to domestic and international clients taking into consideration the needs of each individual client. The office mainly operates in:
- Legal advice, negotations and legal representation of clients in court proceedings related to real estate ownership disputes
- Preparation of contracts and other documentation relating to the process of purchase, sales and construction of real estate
- Legal advice, negotations and legal representation of clients in court proceedings related to damage compensations (traffic accidents, work-related injuries…) and support by cooperation with court-certified experts in related areas
The law office nurtures extensive experience in the field of damage compensations and real estate. Services are also provided in English and Italian language. Attorney Nikolina Mijolović Jakšetić is on the permanent court interpreters list for the English language and is able to provide to clients certified translation of documents from English to Croatian and vice versa.
